How we handle the details you give us when you ask for a quote.
T&T Rooflines ("we", "us") is a family run roofing and roofline business based at 17 Egmont Rd, Middlesbrough TS4 2HU. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you complete our enquiry form, email us or call us, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, property address or postcode and the details of the work you are enquiring about. We only ask for what we need in order to quote and carry out the work.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an inspection.
- To prepare and send you a written quotation.
- To carry out and administer the work you instruct, including arranging access and materials.
- To keep records of work completed, including before and after photographs of the work carried out at your property.
- To comply with our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Sharing your information
We may share limited details with parties who help us deliver the work, for example suppliers, our insurers, or our accountant, and only where necessary. If you choose to leave a review on Checkatrade or TrustATrader, those platforms operate their own privacy policies.
Photographs
We photograph work before and after completion as a record for you and for us. If you would prefer that photographs of your property are not used as examples of our work, tell us and we will not use them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and records of completed work for as long as required for guarantee, insurance and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
